Insurance is included in the shipping cost and is MANDATORY.

Non-working DVDs/CDs will be replaced with same item only; the item in question must be returned to JaSunni Productions, LLC before replacement is issued.

Pre-Orders cannot be refunded.  All sales are final. No warranty is expressed or implied.
